Our Origins

One goal since the start.

Tracing the history of Tythonic all the way back to 1977, our vision remains unchanged.

Sitting in a hospital waiting room in the United States, Jasper Harris and Dr. Sharon Lee Kim could not have known the future they would create together. All they knew was the pain of hearing the dreaded words: they’re not going to make it. For Harris, it was his mother. For Kim, it was her father.

They were strangers who shared the same grief and helplessness at seeing a loved one pass. That day, they accepted the doctors’ diagnosis and offered each other their condolences. The next day, they swore to reshape what it means to live a healthy and happy life.

Tythonic was forged from a moment of empathy between two people, and that same empathy is the driving force behind our decisions today as an international company.
