Meet one of our newest hires this year. Eddy joined us with a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management from the University of Hartford in one pocket, and eight years as a Regulatory Affairs Manager in the other. He wowed our recruiters during the interview process, and has since been working closely with Employee Compliance Manager Alec Roman to learn what exactly “compliance” means at Tythonic, a process Eddy says has “more sections than a Terms & Conditions.”
What are Tythonic employees like? This is only my seventh month here, but I can already tell you there are some very bright people here at Tythonic. It’s fast-paced here and the employees reflect that. A lot of hustle, a lot of heart. If you don’t give this company your life and soul, you’re out of here. It’s intimidating and the turnover rate can be high because of this, but I think that’s how Tythonic got to where it is today. I look forward to learning more from Alec and everyone else.
